Overview: Learn ways to facilitate musical activities with Autists to both include them and to access some of the many benefits of participatory music making.

This short training will combine gaining a deeper understanding of Autism with ways to facilitate musical activities with Autists to both include them and to access some of the many benefits of participatory music making. The trainer will share ideas and practical activities suitable for people across the spectrum and not relying on formal music training. This training will be delivered online as well as face to face and it would be useful for anyone attending to have access to some way of making sound or music during the session.

Intended audience: Any professional using or interested in the inclusive use of music within their practice.

Trainer: Graham Dowdall
