An online CPD session for teachers looking for guidance on what to consider when selecting popular songs for young developing voices to sing, along with recommendations for arranging songs. Led by Lee Reynolds, this session will cover topics including range, melodic lines, adaptation of lyrics, stumbling blocks to look out for, methods of teaching, and some ideas for arrangements that use government-recommended techniques to reduce bioaerosols produced during singing. This first session will be suitable for teachers new to selecting songs for children and young singers.
